Escape This looks for guest experience obsessed Gamesmasters, ticketing and customer service legends, rock star prop builders and genius tech people: people who live and breathe customer service, bring personality and positive energy, and are motivated to build up those around them.
Three: Box Office (management, marketeers and booking agents), Front of House (centre management, Gamesmasters and re-setters) and Backstage (prop designers and builders, tech and puzzle engineers, and the maintenance crew). Escape This develops all three through its personalised development program.
Escape This’s Box Office team conjures up the narratives behind its escape room themes, manages its social media presence, wrangles earned media and seals the deal on sales over the phone, by email and through the website chatbot. It includes management, marketeers and booking agents.
Front of House is the Escape This crew guests meet: the high-energy faces behind the check-in desks, who run the games and look after every group. The team includes centre management, Gamesmasters and re-setters, and Escape This calls them the embodiment of its values.
Backstage builds and maintains the escape rooms: set concepts and construction, circuit board soldering, crafting props and everyday maintenance. Escape This’s Backstage crew includes prop designers and builders, tech and puzzle engineers and the maintenance crew, working from its production facility in Perth.
